Abstract 
This job shows the results about a new proposal in modeling and forecasting of electric energy residential consumption as well as in the diagnosis of residential feeders balancing. The proposal addresses the modeling and forecasting of energy use from the jump probabilities of the discrete consumption states using Markov chains; and balancing of residential feeders implementing a Mandami Fuzzy inference machine. The found results allow to evaluate the feasibility developing of electric power residential managing algorithms architecture in Low Voltage Smart Grids can be able, the customize consumption and the intelligent schedule of energy use.
