Abstract 
This article presents the management Smart Grids system application in Low Voltage Final Consumers Units. The model uses the embedded intelligent Macro-agents concept whose objective is to make the energy consumption forecast in monophasic, biphasic and three-phase consumers, during a twelve months period. The Forecast Macro-agent is based on Markov chains theory. So are obtained with this application the matrix of the future energy consumption what will allow to the final consumer to make their energy consumption schedule.
