Abstract 
This article presents the results of a local controller for load balancing, in the feeders of the legacy secondary distribution grid. This system is based on a hybrid algorithm with three steps:the electrical current diagnose stage in the consumers units, from some variables such as the energy consumption, and its variation, the energy price and the solar radiation variation, inferred by a Mamdanis’ Fuzzy system; the consumption forecast stage in the consumption units based on Markov chains, and performs the energy future consumption for twelve months; the load transfer stage between the grid feeders, which allows a new arrangement for switching overloaded consumers’ feeders to the secondary less loaded grid feeders. Based on the results obtained, its possible to automate the analyze and scheduled of the energy consumption process to the final consumer and to guarantee efficiently the equilibrium state in the low-voltage grid feeders.
